Salvatore has nearly five decades of extensive professional experience. He served as chairman, president, and CEO of a Fortune 1000 company. He has also served as a strategic advisor to private companies and has been a member of the boards of several public and private firms. He is a board member of RPM International Inc. (NYSE: RPM), a Fortune 500 company, and serves as chairman of the audit committee. He received the Alumni Fellow Award from Pennsylvania State University and the Business Achievement Award from Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society. Salvatore is a certified public accountant (inactive) and a certified information systems auditor (inactive). He is fluent in Italian.
